We guarantee to reship your order should it not be delivered due to customs problems or lost. Orders will be reshipped only if package is not shown as being delivered on the courier company website. Orders will not be reshipped if they appear delivered, our responsiblity to provide the good ends when the courier company states the package as delivered. In case of packages getting confiscated by customs you will be responsible to send us the documents prooving that. Once we verify with the courier company and with customs we will reship the order.

It is your responsiblity to make sure your payment is transferrred successfuly. You will not hold us liable for any issue you may have with Western Union or any other money transfer agent. Making the money transfer does not necessarily means we received your payment. You have to check with us or check Western Union website to check if your payment has been picked up.

Packages cannot be returned back or refunded.
